Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as the item is still new and not used in any way. We sell only brand new “A” stock units – we do not sell any refurbished, “B” stock, or used items. Therefore, items must be returned in their original condition as when they were received, including the original box, manufacturer packaging, and manual.

Please call or email us so that we could provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for your return. All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee for an instant refund. Absolutely no exceptions will be made! If the order has already been shipped to you, a restocking fee will still apply. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. You, the product owner, are responsible for all shipping charges that may occur while returning merchandise.

Any returns which have damaged or missing parts, factory boxes, manuals, defective components, and show any signs of installation, will be charged up to a 50% restocking fee, OR will not be issued a refund at all, depending on our inspection of the returned product. If you are not issued a refund, the product will be shipped back to you. Special and custom orders are not refundable.

Any received shipments without an RMA number will be sent back to the shipping address of the buyer. It is up to you – the product owner – to make proper arrangements to return your merchandise to our location. This is done by acquiring an RMA number. If you are issued an RMA number for your return, you have 10 days from the date we issue the RMA to have the product returned to us.

All purchases by credit card, PayPal, wire, money order, or cashiers check, will be refunded in the same manner used to purchase – please allow two weeks from the date you shipped the product back to us for processing. You can receive an in-store credit given towards future orders upon your request.

In the event you get a defective item, which happens extremely rarely, we will take care of all your warranty needs. A defective unit will be replaced for a new one, or repaired at our discretion if it’s returned within one year.  Please contact us immediately and we will issue an RMA, and provide you with the shipping address for your return.  We’ll inspect the returned item to make sure it’s defective. You – the product owner – would be responsible for the shipping charge that may occur while returning the defective item back to us. We’ll cover the delivery cost of exchanged/repaired item that we send you.

If balance on order is not paid we have right to collect funds by hiring a collection agency. Buyer will be responsible for 30% fee paid to collection agency.
