Shipping Policy - Audio Plus Depot

By submitting your order through our store, you agree that your credit card will be charged on the date of purchase, not the date of shipping.

Audio Plus Depot ships world wide, and we proudly also ship to our Armed Forces. APO and FPO customers must email us for special shipping quotes.

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of receiving your order. Our goal is to deliver merchandise 7-14 business days from when you place your order, arrangements can be made for quicker delivery as long as it’s mentioned to us in advance and proper arrangements are able to be made.

No orders are processed, shipped or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays, unless special requests are made. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
